Stroller Now Rental Agreement – Terms of Use

Agreement Acceptance
Finalizing a reservation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. Digital acceptance of this agreement through our website or platform holds the same legal validity as a physical signature under applicable electronic commerce laws.

Delivery and Pickup
Deliveries are completed on the day before the scheduled reservation day, no later than 11:59 PM, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Specific delivery time windows may incur an additional fee of up to $40. Pickups are performed after 12:00 AM (midnight) on the final day of the reservation.
Pickup may be scheduled at a different address from the delivery, provided it is within the service area. The client is responsible for notifying any change of address in advance. It is not permitted to return equipment outside the service area. Violations are subject to the penalties outlined in this agreement.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that hotels, vacation rentals, or Airbnb hosts are informed and authorized to receive the delivery. Failure to do so may result in a redelivery fee.

Reservation Start
All reservations begin at 12:00 AM on the first day of the rental period. Stroller Now will deliver the equipment prior to your arrival, unless otherwise arranged or delayed due to exceptional circumstances.

Equipment Use
Clients agree to use the equipment responsibly, only for its intended purpose. Items may not be sublet, shared with third parties, or used improperly. Our goal is to ensure equipment integrity and user safety.

Client Responsibility
The client assumes full responsibility for proper use and care of the rented equipment. Stroller Now is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stroller Now, its partners, and staff against any claims or damages arising from misuse.

Weight Limits and Instructions
Each item has a maximum weight limit and specific usage guidelines. Clients are responsible for verifying this information, available on the item label or reservation details. Failure to follow these guidelines may compromise safety and releases Stroller Now from liability.

Return Condition & Fees
All items must be returned clean and in good condition. A cleaning fee of up to $50 may apply if excessive dirt is present. In cases of misuse-related damage, repair fees may apply:
• Up to $500 for strollers, cribs, and beach kits
• Up to $1,500 for mobility scooters
• Up to $100 for car seats and other accessories (e.g., rain covers, hooks, stroller fans, organizers)

Loss, Theft or Improper Return
If any item is lost, stolen, not returned, or returned to an unauthorized or out-of-area location, a replacement fee will be charged:
• Up to $500 for standard items (strollers, cribs, beach kits)
• Up to $1,500 for mobility scooters
• Up to $100 for car seats and other accessories (e.g., rain covers, hooks, stroller fans, organizers)

Equipment Substitution
Due to inventory variations, the exact model delivered may differ from the photo or description, but will always meet the same safety and quality standards within the selected category.

Payment
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received via credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, or PIX (for customers in Brazil).

Cancellations and Force Majeure
Stroller Now reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to force majeure, including weather events, logistical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reservations made outside our service area will be automatically canceled and refunded. We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel any booking in case of suspected fraud or bad faith.

Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the reservation start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
Stroller Now is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, weather, traffic, or customer misuse. We also disclaim any liability for consequences arising from improper use of the equipment.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orlando, Florida, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
